Credit Supervisor

Ensures that the company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.- Manages a team of diverse individuals by monitoring their performance and providing ample feedback/coaching when needed.- Conducts regular assessment of the team's KPI's and addresses areas of improvement for the team.- Resolves problems/conflicts encountered in the day-to-day activities of the team and other issues/concerns that may arise from time to time.- Maintains a highly productive and efficient workflow by continuous development and improvement of work processes.- Participates in strategic business planning, analysis, and implementation geared towards accomplishment of team or section's goals.- Translates actual business operations, analysis, and trends on meaningful reports and presentations.**Salary**: Up to Php45,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Supervisory/TL: 3 years (required)- BPO: 1 year (required)- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
