Job Description:San Miguel Corporation is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. As an Associate-level position, the Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our contact center team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to effectively manage a team of customer service representatives.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve the contact center's efficiency and customer satisfaction- Monitor and evaluate the performance of contact center agents, providing coaching and feedback as needed- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner- Maintain accurate records and reports related to contact center operations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Experience with contact center software and technologies- Energetic and adaptable personality traits- Strong analytical skills
