LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES Position: Construction Project Manager
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6pm MST (12:30am-9am PHT) can still be flexible
Salary Range: 900 - 1500 USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)
About the Company: We are a vertically integrated Commercial and Residential Subdivision developer that has an in-house construction company building our vertical buildings and our horizontal infrastructure.
About the Role: We seek a skilled Project Manager capable of overseeing projects from inception to completion. This entails accurately estimating project requirements, conducting thorough takeoffs, coordinating scheduling, and providing regular weekly updates to end users.
Responsibilities:
Assist with project management Assist with reviewing, editing, and redlining plans Help or assist with estimating the projects Work on timelines, budgets, and putting together the construction schedules Help in ordering product, anything that is needed for the project. Sourcing all of the stuff that is needed. Project close out: accurate reports of finances of the project. Packaging everything either for archiving or for presenting to our client. Requirements Plan expertise: doesn't mean they should be an Architect or Engineer but has expertise in reading plans to help in reviewing plans If they have prior experience in this role, that would be great but no minimum years of experience is required. Familiarity with construction project management tolls like Procore and ProjectLibre would be great but not necessary (we can train them)
