Consignment Area Supervisor

Assesses current team processes and procedures, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements them.- Develops individual quotas and assigns territories for team members.- Provides detailed and accurate sales report.- Coaches, mentors, and provides feedback to team members.- Fosters a competitive yet collaborative team environment.- Assesses individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggests corrective actions as needed.- Handles store branches and consignment department.Basic Qualification- Graduate of Any Business Related courses- Must be willing to travel- At least 2 years work related experience in retail or consignment account- Can start immediately**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Employee discount- Transportation service providedSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- retail and consignment: 2 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
