Communications Representative

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Does accounting tasks such as cashiering and forwarding orders and payments; money custodyReceives and handles customers’ (parents, students, employees, visitors, etc.) needs and concernsReceives, makes and forward calls to customers and various departments (managing school phone)Coordinates concerns to and from various departmentsDoes file management records, letters, slips, and order formsAd hoc projects as required WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, and CommunicationsAt least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Must have administrative and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills
