The Cash on Delivery (COD) Accounting Supervisor serves as a key leader within our organisation, tasked with the supervision and management of COD accounting functions.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient handling of COD payments, meticulous reconciliation, and adherence to financial regulations and policies. By providing leadership and guidance to the accounting team, the COD Accounting Supervisor plays a vital role in safeguarding financial integrity, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company's financial stability.
This position is essential in maintaining transparent and accurate financial records while upholding the highest standards of financial accountability and compliance within the COD accounting field.
Minimal Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course Open for fresh graduate or at least 1 year experience in AP function. Recent experience with an ERP accounts receivable and sales order module is a plus. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint Strongly analytical with heavy exposure in data analysis Tech-savvy; Able to quickly adapt to technology and online apps Meticulous, pay attention to details and results oriented; Ability to work independently and handles multiple tasks well, in a fast paced, professional environment; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and high volume transactions.
