Job Description:DMCI is looking for a Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work setting in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role will require you to work part-time, with a focus on assisting clients remotely.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or online chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigation of our products or services.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure resolutions are provided promptly.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.5. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.2. Resilient and able to handle challenging client interactions with professionalism.3. Independent and able to work effectively in a remote setting.4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.5. Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.6. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.7. Comfortable with using CRM systems and other client support tools.
