Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic and energetic personality, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve customer experience.4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers.5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed.6. Monitor customer accounts and track key performance metrics.7. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies.8. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proven track record of successfully persuading customers and driving revenue growth.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.7. Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
