Job Description:
Lead the team to meet the organization's expectations and demands in terms of quality and quantity of event sites and territories as per the event schedules, budget, policies, and guidelines Lead employees by developing standard KPIs and development process that provides an overall framework to encourage employee contribution Maintain a good relationship with existing partners, clients and suppliers Communicate and assist marketing offices to ensure smooth engagement, implementations and operations at the respective sites and events through various communication channels Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other parties Analyze reports and trends to plan for company’s expansion Analyze information and processes, and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies as needed Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field 3-5 years of working experience in maintaining client and supplier relationships, and managing a team of 3-5 members Ability to communicate well, build rapport and present to clients/partners Ability to create report templates and KPIs for the team Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies Must have a sound knowledge of MS Office
