Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time employee at a Mid-to-Senior level, you will be responsible for managing our chat support team and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support at all times.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve any issues effectively.3. Monitor chat support metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.4. Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our chat support services.6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:1. At least 7 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on chat support.2. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions.3. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.4. Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving results.5. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
