Qualification:At least 1 year experience in a change and release administration/coordination role in a corporate environment or equivalent internal experience in an associated service if internal
Preferably University Graduate in associated discipline
Technical Process Management Tertiary qualifications
ITIL Foundation Certification mandatory
ITIL Practitioner Certification (an advantage)
Possess good analytical skills
Ability to make decisions and carry out result to customer satisfaction
Confidence to liaise with Senior stakeholders
Must be self-motivated, able to take ownership of the change management process and ensure it is maintained throughout the organization
Must have a high level of negotiation skills when working with Operational groups and with the Client.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and be accountable.
Ensure Quality and Technical Assurance across the Change & Release Management process and procedure.
Job Purpose:The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the Design,Development and Administration of Change & Release Activities for internal and external Customers and Customer support. This role will specialise in execution of Change & Release Management activities and will require a thorough understanding of the Change and Release processes. To manage the ITIL Release Management Life Cycle in an IT Infrastructure environment.
The role holder is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of Release into a customer environment typically for a single customer or multiple small customers but in accordance with Fujitsu’s ITIL and ISO framework.
