Certified Public Accountant (Cpa)

ILB Group of Companies, Inc. is looking for an Accountant willing to be assigned at Domus One Cainta Condominium Project, San Andres, Cainta, Rizal.
Qualification:
-- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountacy/Banking or equivalent.
- Candidate preferably reside within the area of Rizal or nearby.
- Preferably 3 yrs. and up, Experienced Employee specialized in Finance- General/Cost Accounting/ Taxation or equivalent.
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities are:
- Maintain & preparation of accurate and timely financial accounting records and reports.
- Ensures that financial transaction and reports are properly updated and record.
- Preparation of monthly reports; reconciliation of receivables and disbursements
- Ensures compliance of policies and procedures within the department
- Ensures that all payables are valid, approved with supporting documents.
- Monitors contractors billing, subcontractor’s billing, utilities, petty cash and other charges.
- Coordinates regularly with Auditor and other officers.
- Project Financial statements when needed.
