Cashier/Waitress

Welcome customers who enter the restaurant and ensure that they are being looked after by waiters.Maintain your composure at all times, "Remember as a front liner anything you say, or act will reflect to the company".To provide a good quality of good service among our guests.To generate your reports accurately, updated and duly submit, prior your shift ends.Avoid discrepancies on logbook, and cash sales on actual audit.Management shall not tolerate discrepancies on your report.Check bills to see if the correct amount has been displayed and print them out.Answer customers' questions regarding billed itemsRecord totaled amounts, including expenses in restaurant's database.Process credit and debit card payments and ensure that customers sign receipts.Assist waiters and servers during rush hours by packing takeaways and leftovers.Keep track of inventory and ensure that restaurant supplies are ordered on time.Count cash in the cash register at the end of each shift and ensure that it tallies.Ascertain that there is sufficient change available at the beginning of each day.Post charges against customers' accounts and follow up with them for payments.All customers' queries must be answered promptly and correctly.Other duties as assigned.Required Education, Skills, and QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Vocational/Short Course Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.Preferably with 1 year working experience in the related field.Must be Trustworthy and HardworkingJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php435.00 per dayBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid trainingSchedule:8 hour shiftOn callRotational shiftSupplemental pay types:13th month salaryOvertime pay
