Career And Placement Officer

Establishes formal partnerships with related companies and organizations for on-the-job training and graduate placements
Carries out site visits to potential company partners to further understand hiring requirements, job nature and additional onboarding qualifications
Provides employment assessment to students to determine their suitability for employment based on skills, work experiences, qualifications and preferred career path
Records, administers and verifies the placement data of CIIT on-the-job trainees and graduates
Formulates and implements the learning objectives of the institution to the Industry Readiness program
Conducts campus hiring events such as job fairs and job exposure events
Conducts mock interview sessions and company visitation programs
Assists in student on-the-job training requirements during enrollment
Graduate of BS Education, Psychology, Marketing, Business or other related courses
At least 2 - 3 years of related experience in student formation, career counseling, education or activities related to company partnerships
General knowledge and enthusiasm with current trends in Traditional and Digital Arts, Multimedia and Game Development and other related fields
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion
Exposure to job preparation and personality development trainings is a distinct advantage
Strong affinity to customer satisfaction and in addressing the placement needs of the student body, alumni and company partners alike
Strong relationship-building and business communication skills
Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
Amenable to work on Saturdays
