**Job Qualifications**:- Hands-on experience managing B2C campaigns.- Direct experience managing paid search through Google AdWords & Bing Ads.- Familiarity working with Google online marketing SaaS products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)- Visual ad design/creation experience and photoshop knowledge is a plus.- Strong analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open ended problems.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.- Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes (agency experience a plus).- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal.- Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage tasks.- Desire to be a digital thought leader and influencer to the growth and culture of a unique experiential business.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.- Must be willing and able to make data-driven decisions and function in a ROI driven environment- Continuous test-and-learn mentality.- Be solutions minded and an artful negotiator.**Job Descriptions**:- Develop, execute and optimize digital campaigns via paid search/AdWords, display/retargeting and paid social advertising channels.- Lead the execution of paid acquisition marketing programs to acquire quality leads as well as new business acquisition.- Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of each business.- Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages and targeting segmentation.- Project manage creation of campaign landing pages, banners, and other digital marketing assets as needed.- Assist with evaluating and implementing the right analytics platform for the business and lead and champion adoption across the organization to enable end-to-end tracking for marketing efforts to conversion.- Collaborate closely with CMO and Marketing Coordinator to go beyond reporting in order to evaluate conversion funnel effectiveness.- Assist the data team with full systems integration such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.- Measure, analyze and report on the impact paid marketing campaigns have.Schedule:- 8 hour shift- Night shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Balagtas, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
