Marketing Manager

Job Description:**Responsibilities**:- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings- Track performance of all marketing campaigns- Involves in all aspects of building brand awareness and increasing brand value to drive sales strategically.- Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity- Handles and continuously improve the digital performance marketing- Overall in-charged with the planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience- 3+ years' experience in MARKETING MANAGER- Heavy on brand marketing experience, i.e. consumer marketing, dealing with retail consumers and has great insights to the Store Merchandising.- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Employee discount- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus
