Job Descriptions
Respond to customer queries and concerns through phone, email, or chat. Meet SLA goals set by the client. Meet scorecard goals and KPIs set by the company and its client. Work on constant improvement by following coaching tips and instructions are given by his supervisor during training and coaching sessions.
Coordinate escalations to the supervisor and work towards its resolution.
Share insights like customer complaints, top chat drivers, common questions, and any incident happening in social media that will affect the company and the brand. Take part in discussions on how to improve service rendered to clients.

Experience:
