Job Description:
Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts and explaining new features. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Establish policies by entering client information and confirming pricing. Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation. Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS. Day shift is also available.
