Call Center Representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.- Researching required information using available resources.- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.- Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.- Following up complicated customer calls where required.- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.- Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.- Other duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Amenable to work Onsite- Open to work in a Shifting Schedule.- Experience in dealing with the public.- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.- Ability to work with others in a close manner.- Good computer skills.- Good multi-tasking skills.Skills and Specifications- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.Education- At least High school Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12 Curriculum)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Shift systemSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):**Experience**:- Call Center Representative: 1 year (preferred)
