Company Nurse / HR Officer Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License, with OHNAP CertificateWith basic life support, first aid skills & working experience in a manufacturing firmEfficient & Confident in handling Employee Medical Concerns/Arrangements and EmergenciesEasy learner and must have a high sense of responsibilityWith good communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized & flexible, and able to work with minimum supervision.Proficient computer skills (MS Word/Excel)- Fresh graduates are welcome to applyDuties & Responsibilities: Provide first-aid/ medical assistance to all concerned team members.Administer medical supplies.Prepares annual report submitted to DOLE such as Result of APE Disease monitoring of employees etc.Handles Personal Accident Insurance claims, master list, and maintain that employee records are updated to insurance provider.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by HR head
