We are growing and actively looking for an energetic, experienced, and highly qualified individual to build their career with us through this vacancy:
The ideal candidate is responsible for the strategic business development goals and objectives of the combined business streams that Sygna offers. Particular responsibilities for this position focus are managing the day to day revenue sales targets and business development activities of Sygna developing new markets and services sectors and supporting the Country Director in delivering the business plans set.
Responsibilities Work with the Country Director to develop a business strategy in line with the long range and annual business plans; identifying overall Client targets and Sector initiatives and incorporate a perspective on prevailing market and global economic conditions.
Proactively source and secure profitable business for the Group within existing service streams and markets using current platforms.
Liaise with and support the Commercial Director to develop and agree annual and long-term budgets and sales targets.
Responsible for day-to-day sales and business development activities of the group to meet and exceed the annual budgets and targets set.
Interface with Sygna APAC to develop a global and regional platform of business development and client management.
Provide strategic support; be responsible for, the management and direction of local and regional sales meetings and conferences.
Develop and implement a concise Key Account Management approach to target customer base and large prospects.
Provide a regular interface and reporting structure to the CDs; with recommendations for forward planning and strategy.
Liaise with and support the CDs and be responsible for generating and achieving a specific pipeline of tangible revenue opportunities.
Provide input to major proposal and fee tender production and client presentations, with particular emphasis on key client targets.
Support Contracts Manager in all Philippines Business Development & Work Winning strategies and suggest options for increasing pipeline and general work winning success
Support Regional Mekong Directors in Business Development & Work Winning strategies and suggest options for increasing pipeline and general work winning success. This includes, but is not limited to Vietnam & Thailand.
Job Requirements Degree or above in Business / Construction / Engineering / Project Management or equivalent
7 or more years experience in leading and managing a sizeable team
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Positive work attitude, resourceful, and result-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional consultative, presentation, influencing and persuasive skills
An independent team leader who is creative, flexible and possess lots of initiative
Good business acumen
Computer literate and good command of English
