All sales leads should be continuously identified and tapped through continuous research and sourcing the best possible prospect. Maintaining the highest customer relationship and satisfaction with its market and clientele, therefore creating repeat customers and/or business.
Information is relayed to appropriate individuals in an accurate and timely manner.
Supporting the Marketing Director in day-to-day marketing activities
Assist with ongoing market research and analysis.
Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
Creating continues marketing campaigns through social media and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
Proof reading and developing copy content
Close coordination with professional talents hired by Nectar
Design in house graphics
Deals with all customer inquiries in a professional manner and within set guidelines, demonstrating sound knowledge of all aspects of the products on offer.
Facilitate the transformation of all inquiries into confirmed sales.
Builds new and sustain ongoing relationships with clients in order to sell services in line with the departmental Sales and Marketing operational plan and budget targets.
Administers; assists and manage all sales bookings and events.
Ensures that each stage of a sale is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including: preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, issuing of contracts and invoices, service delivery and payment collection.
Follows financial procedures for all Sales, including issuing cost estimates, quotations and invoices, monitoring and recording payment.
A conversant with regards to the products and services offered by operation and highly support cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Provides timely and accurate information to operations, coordinating clients’ requirements and guidelines.
Communicates in timely manner any service level agreements/standards of procedures, and resolves minor deficiencies through notifying upper management of any areas that requires assistance. A must to attend venues in of events to ensure that the customer’s specifications have been met from ingress to egress.
Facilitates, arrange and conducts client visits, tours and viewings of the facilities and services.
Highly represents the brand with all upcoming but not limited to all marketing events, road shows and exhibitions as and when required by upper management.
To undertake any other duties as appropriate and within the post holder’s competence as directed by their upper management manager.
Ensures all policies and strategies are implemented to achieve goals or set targets.
Reports daily/ weekly / monthly sales performance of managing bar

A graduate of any business-related course preferably Marketing.
At least two years of experience in related field.
Solid understanding of marketing strategy and a strong emphasis on general insight application
Strong leadership and management skills, with proven ability to network and foster both internal and external relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
