MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The job will entail close working relationship with the Foods Marketing Director, to create a new space / positioning for Knorr. The individual we are looking for needs to be proactive, driven with strong bias for action, and has a keen mindset for growth.
JOB SUMMARY
Launch Unilever food products

Identify differentiated positioning for Knorr

Manage the P&L for the brands

Responsible for leading the taskforce team in OTIF world-class launches of projects and activations

Responsible for understanding and analyzing data, and making growth plans & strategies for the brands

Work with agencies in making new campaigns for local activations, and deployment mixes

Work closely with CD & SC team in ensuring excellent in-market execution and speed to market

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing in a food/consumer goods industry

Experience in managing brand P&L

Experience in strategy development, analysis, brand equity management

Experience in brand activation, communication development, execution

Experience in leading cross functional task force
