Details of the offer

Shall maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.- Shall develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.- Shall maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.- Shall maintain balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.- Shall maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.- Balancing general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.- Shall provide information to the external accountant who creates the company's financial statements- Maintains historical records by filing documents.- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.- Ensures reports are in accordance with established company standard- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested**Job Requirements**:- Graduate of Accountancy- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel- High level of attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in implementing accounting and business controls- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlinesSchedule:- 8 hour shift
