Overview of the Role The Management Accountant will perform financial analysis, and prepare financial reports and forecasts that provide Senior Management insight into the organization's performance.
Prepares financial reports for presentation to boards of directors, management, and shareholders that cover: Profit and loss account Budgets Cash Flow Monthly management accounts Variance analysis Gathers and analyzes trends within the organization's finances Provides financial analysis and forecasting For the organisation Cost Centres Revenue Centres etc Examines operating costs and organizations' income and expenditure Develop and manage financial systems/policies. Conducts financial investigations if needed, supports auditing projects and advises on matters such as the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, capital financing, suspected fraud, insolvency and taxation. Assist the company in managing its investment portfolio Ensure compliance with all financial regulations Conduct risk assessment and advice on ways to minimize risk Successful applicants should: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or any related courses Relevant certification will be preferred Proven experience (ideally >3 years) as a management accountant, accounting supervisor or similar role Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting Excellent knowledge of risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work as part of a team Emphasizes Professional Integrity Sound business knowledge Good oral and written communication skills.
