We are seeking an HR leader with a track record in successful HR Project Management and leading HR excellence/transformation initiatives with strong analytical, cross functional HR project management and process design expertise. We are seeking a talented program manager to lead key improvements and new ways of working. You are essential in helping us achieve operational excellence within HR and fueling how we scale to support rapid business growth.

As a proven Program Manager, you see the bigger picture, understand how projects logically integrate with one another and contribute to growing a powerful organizational culture. You employ a continuous improvement approach and proven project management methodologies.

All About You

Responsibilities:
Lead global process improvement initiatives leveraging design and automation for greater impact (user experience, consistency, and efficiency.)
Identify opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
Perform analytical deep-dives to provide insight on talent trends throughout the employee life-cycle; including: on-boarding, engagement, retention, exits, competitor talent initiatives, and other relevant HR programs and initiatives.
Apply design thinking to HR program and processes to improve the user experience and program rollout.
Improve existing HR programs and processes through improved ease of use, training and education, communication and change management.
Utilize HR and data analytics expertise to provide a strategic approach to identify, prioritize, successfully execute a broad portfolio of HR initiatives and projects.
Assess and enhance HR functional capability through policy change, process optimization, and performance monitoring and reporting.
Project lead HR aspects of key enterprise projects (such as M&A integrations).
Assess needs for standardization, reporting and analytics to better serve the business partner community.
Create and maintain playbooks for repeatable deployment (e.g. M&A, new country entry)
Partner closely with cross-functional HR teams and other cross-functional business teams to understand and capture requirements for HR programs.
Lead assigned HR program management from scope definition, roadmap creation, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and status communication.
Develop, document, maintain and monitor program plans. Ensure schedules, milestones, resources and other key performance indicators (KPI) are met.
Develop and implements standards for documentation to include standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aides, and other HR communication materials.
Develop organizational change management plans, in partnership with stakeholders.
Drive change management effectively to ensure program’s success.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of best practices within HR programs, program management, and data analytics.
Introduce innovative and scalable solutions to enhance HR programs, processes, and data analytics.

Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years of related experience, with 7+ years of Management experience.
Typically has depth of technical knowledge in function derived from experience in non-management and middle management roles.
Minimum 5 years HR project management and operational excellence experience
Minimum of 2 years COE or HRBP experience designing and rolling out HR programs to leaders and employees
Advanced analytical skills (HRIS, analytics and reporting) - savvy systems user and enabler (Workday users preferred)
Strong process excellence “toolkit”

Education:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study
PMP or IPMA qualifications or equivalent and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) are preferred.
