Associate - Customs

Description: Ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures
Ensure delivery of services according to the shifts aligned with countries or regions
Ensure turnaround time is met for each job
Ensure accuracy is maintained
Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor in a timely manner
Coordinate with stakeholders for improvements in the process
Qualification: Preferably with background in Customs or Logistics background or BPO/Shared Services experience, but not required
Knowledgeable in MS Excel
Graduate of any degree
