Legal Billing Analyst [P3] The LRO Operations team is seeking a Legal Billing Analyst with experience in legal billing and legal operations. The Legal Billing Analyst, LRO Operations, will support the Analog Devices, Inc. LRO Operations Team reporting to the Team Lead, LRO Operations.
This position is responsible for supporting the LRO's Outside Counsel Management Program through administering the eBilling system, creating matters, setting up vendors, reviewing invoices, collaborating with AP and Finance teams as needed to ensure timely and accurate processing of Legal and other LRO invoices. The role is also responsible for reporting and developing metrics and KPIs around legal spend and staffing, including building dashboards for the LRO organization.
Responsibilities: Serve as system administrator for the Legal Tracker eBilling and matter management system, including matter creation, billing, and payment processes. Create and execute processes to optimize invoice review and processing. Onboard new vendors, working with internal and external stakeholders, and internal functions. Understand and identify use cases for integrations with other technology solutions to improve processes and technology. Develop key metrics for ongoing reporting that enables LRO to track performance, manage costs, benchmark with peers, and make informed, data-driven decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, AP, and other corporate functions as needed to support LRO activities. Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years' experience working in a IT, Finance, AP, or Legal department. 3-5 years' experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred. Experience with legal billing processes and technology, including eBilling solutions and invoice processes. Prior experience as an eBilling coordinator or system administrator preferred. Experience building reporting and dashboards with metrics for legal teams using Power BI, Tableau, or similar solutions. Experience with data analytics preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer-focus orientation.
