Job Description:
The position is responsible for the strategic day-to-day support of activities for employee motivation & retention, performance management, and work relationships while complying with local labor laws.


Engagement: Manage and identify employee engagement programs/activities for the betterment of employee welfare Labor Relations: Monitor implementation of employee disciplinary measures and ensure fair and consistent reinforcement in accordance with Labor Laws. Performance Management: Monitor and oversee the employee performance evaluation process Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Filipino At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the human resources and/or labor and employee relations is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Knowledge of labor laws and procesures is an advantage
