Job Description We're searching for an Art Director who has a fresh viewpoint and experience transforming concepts into the latest visual solutions. You'll design and implement visual materials for integrated, cross-channel programs including web and print advertising. You'll collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Production Specialists and other important members of our creative team to produce industry-leading work.

Your Impact: Create and communicate concepts
Design comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts and final deliverables
Communicate and articulate concept rationales
Brainstorm and develop campaigns
Work with the client on multiple projects at once
Assist the Creative Director in improving the technical and creative performance of the Creative group
Partner with copywriters to ensure that the copy and voice support the concepts
Qualifications Four year degree
2+ years of experience
Creative agency experience
Expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Design portfolio with combination of print and web
Mastery of all design tools, platforms and versions of applicable software programs
Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
Typographical, motion graphic and interaction design skills including Flash, Ajax, Flex and new platforms
You are open to travel
