4NEXGEN Is currently looking for:  VIDEOGRAPHER/VIDEO EDITOR Responsibilities: Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.Take a brief to grasp production lead's needs and specifications.Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot list based on scene value and continuity.Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.Capture high-quality photographs and videosCreate rough and final cuts.Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.Consult with Team Leads from production to post-productionprocess.Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximise efficiency.Creating the final cut for uploading to social media.Manage to work both on-site as well as off-site locationsQualifications: Proven work experience as a Video Editor.Outstanding interpersonal and communicationBeginner to intermediate experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g.Premiere Pro, Da Vinci)Demonstrable video editing ability with a good portfolio.Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.Creative mind and storytelling skills.Physically fit and having an eye for detailWillingness to learn and adapt to new ideas.Humility.
