Job description**BreadTalk**, a multinational Singaporean brand revolutionizing the bakery industry, is in need of **Area Manager **who can:- Work collaboratively with managers in meeting the goals of the company- Provide support in various functions necessary in the general operations of the store**Job Specification**- Graduated with a BS degree in Management studies (i.e. Business Administration, Business Management, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Marketing) or equivalent- Has good academic background- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, holidays- With strong interpersonal and communication skills- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and good customer experience- Keen to details and has the ability to supervise others- At least 10 years experience in supervisory level- Setting standards and objectives in sales and operations for all departments and other sections.- Enhancing the operational activity of all the stores in the area to achieve international standards and to drive sales to success.- Implementing good work practices to motivate employees.- Ensuring that all the employees in the area deliver exceptional performance in their jobs especially in producing high quality products and providing excellent customer service.- Monitoring the availability of stocks, supplies and ingredients, the condition of materials and equipment, and the overall inventory process of the stores.- Establishing effective delivery schedule (for goods or finished products) per store.- Assisting in manpower planning such as preparing employees' work schedule, recommending or approving leaves or absences, suggesting effective employee placements and transfers, and monitoring the whole lineup for stores.- Communicating to the HR Department employees' concerns that are no longer store-level problems.- Preparing long-term solutions and contingency plans for major difficulties such as low sales level, equipment malfunctions, insufficient supply of raw materials and ingredients, manpower shortage and other concerns that needs effective intervention.- Maintaining the stability and reputation of all the stores by ensuring compliance with legal requirements**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
