**Branch Manager****Responsibilities**:**I. Main Functions**- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel- Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance- Preparing and controlling the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency**II. Responsibilities**- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance- Prepare and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines**III. Professional Competencies**- Ability to multitask.- Ability to receive constructive criticism.- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills- Knowledge of retail management best practices- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities- Excellent organizing and leadership skills- Commercial awareness- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles**IV. Corporate Continual Quality Improvements**- Participates in all the meetings and activities of the company- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned- Reports to the Management Committee as requested**V. Organizational Success**- Help drive organizational success via leadership in marketing and actively supporting the selling efforts of the sales team- Develop better relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors that deliver measurable results- Work with key assigned teams to deliver set goals (work with, product training samples, etc.)- Coordinate with respective departments in the organization professionally and efficiently- To render other duties that may be assigned in support to the success of the organization**VI.
