Architectural Renderer - Pasig

Architectural Renderer will be reporting under Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation (MIESCOR) - Non-Electric Design department. This role will be responsible:1. Execution planning, design and evaluation of assigned Non-Electric Project - Site inspection, data gathering and analysis of inputs/requirements - Review of applicable codes - Schematic/concept design and perspective - Design of MERALCO Sectors and Business Centers - Architectural and interior design working drawings - Assessment, review, and validation of preliminary and final / actual design 2. Maintenance and audit of as-built plans and other relevant documents - Preparation and development of as-built plans for existing buildings and facilities - Management and control of project as-built plans for all assigned Non-Electric Design Project - Development, maintenance and audit of as-built filesQualification:- Graduate of any drafting course- Proficiency in Lumion, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCad- At least 1 year experience in buildings design- Residing/Willing to be assigned in MERALCO PasigWork Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday
