Accounts Receivables Specialist

Job Qualifications:Candidate must possess At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/AccountancyAt least 2-3n years of relative work experienceHighly analytical, systematic, and organized and works with the highest degree of integrityDetail-oriented and can multitask with strong administrative skillsSelf-starter, proactive, driven, and able to work independently or with a teamProven ability to communicate in English, both written and oralA commitment to client service and a flexible can-do attitude to respond to client and business needs.Amenable to work in Aseana 2 Paranaque City.Job Responsibilities:Preparation of billing/invoices and statement of account (SOA) to be promptly sent to a customer.A/R journal entry for customer payments and adjustments and reconciliation of accounts.Coordination with customers and operations to resolve issues/concerns/disputes with the end goal of collecting the accountAnalysis of AR aging and credit controlAssist with bank reconciliations.Other Finance-related tasks.
