Details of the offer

1. Keep track of debts owed to the company.- Support Sales Team for Collections especially those overdue2. Tracks and monitors of documents.- Prepares SOA/SI, and Transmittal.3. Update and maintain customer accounts information- Address- Billing details or any other relevant information4. Evaluates all accounts receivable balances and resolves all unpaid/outstanding invoice issues.- Prepares regular reports for client consumption (Monthly collection reports, disbursement reports)5. Escalates issues to the immediate superior- Prepares exception reports for unusual transactions noted6. Adheres on the company house rules and team dynamics.7. Updates time tracker on the activities.8.
