Accounts Payable Specialist

Coordinates with Operations group and Finance group on documents/data needed to bill clients
Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings
Reconciles various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards
Attaches the corresponding purchase orders to incoming invoices with all supporting documentation
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Exposure to Financial Services or Credit Card Services is preferred
Experience in BPO industry is preferred
At least five years' experience in accounts payable or general accounting experience
