Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description:
The candidate is responsible for performing crucial job duties that ensure vendors get paid for services and products rendered. They review and process invoices, audit credit card bills, answer vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, and process and distribute checks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Ability to apply a thorough knowledge of applicable information technology and productivity tools (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite) Work experience in ERP systems, Netsuite or Oracle is required Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Charts, and Graphs, etc.) Must willing to work on a night shift schedule
