You will manage a team of Accounting Clerks and oversee the processing for all the cash transactions of a money remittance company. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Processing bank statements to be uploaded to the system (making sure that each transaction has the complete data before uploading to the system and preparing queries for transactions with incomplete data) Monitoring of the complete sale cycle (pay-in and pay-out reconciliation and preparing queries for incomplete transactions) Monitoring of intercompany transaction (reconciliation of other foreign branches versus our record) Following up and reporting on outstanding transactions and identifying issues with the end client Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for the role, you must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Accounting Technology / Finance or other related field Experience in Audit work in the banking or foreign exchange industry Excellent proficiency in MS Exel Experience in cloud accounting software (MYOB, Xero, QUICKBOOKS, SAASU) Impeccable attention to detail Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize jobs Ability to handle large volume of work and meet all deadlines Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to engage with Australian clients Ability to work in a team environment whilst showing initiative and drive
