What do you need to succeed 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite software.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively across various organizational levels.
Understanding of prepaids, accruals, and deferred revenue.
Capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
Interest in optimizing processes using third-party applications.
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
What awaits you in this role Maintain financial records for multiple clients in both cash and accrual basis.
Handle client interactions, recording checks, payments, and bank deposits.
Conduct end-to-end accounting procedures, including reconciliations.
Manage accounts receivable processes, invoicing, and payment adjustments.
Record accounts payable transactions, bills, payments, and accruals.
Oversee Inventory and Fixed Asset Management.
Complete pre-closes and FRP reviews, ensuring accuracy.
Process payroll using Intuit or third-party systems, reviewing reports.
Record financing transactions, loans, leases, investments.
Prepare and file tax forms, such as sales tax and 1099s.
Generate financial statements and reports using QuickBooks.
Analyze monthly financial data and provide insights.
Employ critical thinking to resolve accounting issues.
Assist in budget preparation and interpret technical accounting matters.
Time tracking on client engagements, ensuring budget adherence.
