Accounting AssistantOnsite - Binan, LagunaJOB PURPOSE:To record accounting data and convert them to usable reports to determine cost, pay invoices, and obtain revenueDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY1. Accurately reviews paper consumption, IRIS cost, and indirect material cost for specific job prior to closing date2. Prepares complete and accurate job costing and spoilage summary3. Prepares detailed Gap Analysis per closed SO Report and submits the same to the Accounting Head4. Conducts regular physical counting and spot-checking of all inventory items, including raw materials, in-process goods, and finished goods5. Monitors the usage of gasoline (per km/L) of all company service cars and delivery vehiclesQUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance & Management course.- At least one (1) year experience in General Accounting.
