Each project has been crafted with precision to engage, inspire senses, and provide comfortable living spaces.As Golden Topper continues to grow, we are looking for a lot of great talents from different walks of life who can bring their individualities and creativity to strive excellence, attain rewards and achieve their full potentials with us.**Position Summary and Qualification**:- 1-2 years experience as an Accounting Assistant - Accounts Receivables.- Bachelor's/College Degree - in Accounting- Good written and verbal communication skills**Responsibilities**:- Perform bank reconciliation of Cebu projects' collections and posting in the accounting system.- Updating of Accounting AR & collection monitoring including status of CTS and cancelled units.- Preparation and monitoring of applicable refund for cancelled accounts.- Monitoring of Advances to employees/officers & suppliers and non-trade receivables.- Performing account reconciliations.- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.- Assist in the inter-company billing preparation.- Assisting in general financial management and analysis.- Assist in the filing of released and complete CV package.- Assist in Interim and Year end Audit.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company events- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
