Provide excellent Finance,Accounting and Admin SupportMaintain accurate and updated accounting records.Check and verify the validity and accuracy of expense reports as needed.Prepare monthly balance sheet analysis.Perform variance analysis of expenses between budget and actual.Prepare monthly budget/ cash flow requirements.Properly safe keep and disburse petty cash funds.Ensure on time bills payments.Filing and payment of taxes and government mandated benefits.Update government agency registrations and supervise preparation process in bases as appropriate.Monthly closing of books and review of Base books for misclassification, errors, etc.Periodically conduct physical inventories of office supplies and housekeeping items.Payroll consolidation.Update monthly bank reconciliation statements.Identify process improvements.Proper record retention of accounting files for Manila transactions.Implement effective internal controls to prevent misuse of funds.Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting optionsBachelor's Degree in Accounting with thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principlesAwareness of business trends in leasing servicesExperience with creating financial statementsExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close processExcellent accounting software user and administration skillsAccuracy and attention to detail
