Qualifications & Experience
1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
2.Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting, finance.
3.Having a CPA License is an advantage.
Required Skills
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
1.Knowledge of accounting software.
2.Knowledge of payroll and accounts payable functions and reporting system.
3.Proficiency with computers and computer-based software is must; direct experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4.Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
5.Knowledge of drafting, project plan & budgeting
6.Knowledge of managing & controlling project resources & cost.
7.Knowledge of documenting all project documents and producing its related management
8.Strong sense of integrity, assertiveness, decisiveness and urgency.

Job Summary
Under the general supervision of Refcone Heat Insulation managing director. Performs a variety of technical and administrative accounting work, applies accounting principle, methods in maintaining the fiscal records and system of Refcone Heat insulation. Duties include responsibility for all accounting function including maintaining general ledgers, auditing and internal controls, analyzing financial position, preparing budgets, recording fixed assets, reconciling accounting records, reviewing journal payment vouchers and other related accounting work. To ensure an acceptable standard of Integrated management System is maintained in accordance with recognized working practices and the Company’s Integrated Manual and Policy.
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Petty cash handling, system entry & filing
2.Quickbook data entry (Bill Entries for Vendor related transactions, Record Payments from Customers, and other General Journal Entries)
3.Monthly Bank Reconciliations
4.Monitor Accounts Receivables from Customers & Follow-up Overdue Invoices
5.Monitor Accounts Payables to Vendors for Payment
6.Preparation of Monthly Payroll for Yard and Admin Staff
7.Prepare Monthly VAT Reports for both Input and Output VAT
8.Filing and Payment of VAT Quarterly
9.Preparation of Profit & Loss per Job or per Project
10.Preparation of Financial Statements for External Audit
