28 - Financial Analyst (Home-Based/Permanent)

**NOTE: KINDLY ATTACH A PDF FILE OF YOUR COMPREHENSIVE RESUME/CV FOR FASTER HIRING PROCESS.****Working Schedule**: Flexible with 2-3 hours overlap (8pm-11pm PH Time)**Responsibilities**You'll work directly with our Project Management and external financial team- Assisting our CFO, accountants, and billing team to keep financial information up to date- Invoicing clients and keeping track of payments- Creating project budget estimates for each project and tracking project profitability- Reviewing invoices from our vendors and contractors and helping them be onboarded in our payment systems- Managing financial projections for the whole company,- Work closely with our business development team and keep track of project pipeline- Respond to accountants' requests to review expenses- Tracking, reporting and managing team expenses- Managing, filing and keeping track of company documents for tax and compliancepurposes- Assist Project Managers in gathering quotes, choosing vendors and other day to day activities**Benefits**:- 20 days paid leaves- 5 days off during Christmas and New Year season**Requirements**:- 3 to 5+ years of business/industry experience required- Fluency in English (Conversational to highly conversational)- Bachelor in Business, Finances or similar- Strong project management skills- Experience working in consulting agency preferred- Basic understanding of UX research and design is desired- Strong personal organization skills- Fluency with Microsoft productivity tools (full Microsoft Suite with advanced PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills)- Resourceful, able to drive for results with mínimal oversight- Conversant in project estimation, creating and maintaining budgets- Strong writing and presentation skills- Organizational agility, proactive communicator- Able to learn and grow on the job- Working across cultures- Executive ready presence**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- Evening shift**Experience**:- Business/Finance: 3 years (required)
