Payment Specialist

**Qualifications**- Graduate of 4-year Bachelor's degree, preferably business-related courses.- Preferably with 2 years insurance / functional experience.- Customer service- Good oral communication- Honesty and sincerity- Analytical skill- Numerical Ability- Strong mathematical and computing skills- Computer knowledge, Microsoft office.- Receives payment by check, credit cards, or automatic debits, verify amounts and check accuracy of payment transactions.- Enter customer's transaction information in the system in order to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.- Balance cash and checks in cash drawers and credit memo at end of day and calculate transactions.- Identify transaction mistakes when debits and credits have discrepancy.- Deposits all collections within the agreed turnaround time and submits timely and accurate Daily Collection Report (DCR) for transactions- Checks system for payments made thru banks or other utilities and issues official receipts.- Post payments submitted by Collections team within the agreed turnaround time.- Prepares transaction reports for submission and approval by Supervisor / Manager.- May prepare other reports as needed, or requested by Management.- Respond to customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies related to payments.- Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customer's account / payment.- Perform functions related to compliance to AMLAFlag large cash payments (at least Php 100k) to legal and compliance.- Maybe assigned to participate in ad hoc projects for system and process improvements, if any.- Performs other related tasks, as maybe assigned, from time to time.**Salary**: Php17,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flextime- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Preventive measures include physical or social distancing, covering coughs and sneezes, hand washing.
