We have consistently set trends and standards for the last two decades and work tirelessly to provide the ultimate scuba diving vacations for our guests. **"Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend"****The Position**The position will be based on our liveaboard, The Atlantis Azores.The Captain is responsible to provide professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring that their stay will become a memorable experience, your role will include key responsibilities such as:- In command of the boat and supervise all crew ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner- He should be proficient in every aspect of operating the vessel by taking responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including its seaworthiness, safety and security, operations, navigation, crew management, legal compliance?, and the persons on board.- Navigate the vessel in the most fuel-efficient manner without compromising safety- Maintain effective communication with all crew and/or related departments to ensure smooth service delivery**Qualifications and Skills**- At least with Major Patron License or above (100 tons open ocean)- Up-to-date STCW certificates for the position- At least 10 years of sea experience- At least 4 years experience in command of similar size craft or above- Exemplary Safety Record- Be a resident in the Philippines and prepared to work 8 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule- Be available to start work in 15-30 days' notice- Good spoken and written English & Tagalog- Computer Literate- Experience with guests- Hands-on maintenance troubleshooting- Reporting and Paperwork- Crew Management and Leadership skills- Your resume,- A recent photo,- Salary history andSchedule:- Shift system
