CEBU PELIS INSTITUTE CORPORATION (CPI) Is currently looking for:  WELLNESS COACH / FITNESS AND GYM INSTRUCTOR Responsibilities: Develop and instruct a holistic training regimen for participants of the programObserves participants and informs them of corrective measures to help them improve themselvesEvaluate body conditions:glucose levels, blood pressure levels, BMI, fat percentage, mass percentage, among othersMeeting with clients individually or in group settings to discuss and set achievable short-term and long-term goalsCreate and improve meal offerings based on nutrition needed for participantsEmpowering clients to take their health into their own handsHelping clients understand their motivations and create behaviorchangeSupporting clients in developing sustainable meal, exercise or other wellness plan tailored to their goalsDocument clients? progress and monitor improvementsHandle nutrition and health-related questionsAdministers emergency first aid, wraps injuries, treats minor chronic disabilities or refer the injured to physiciansRequirements and Skills: Training in coaching, fitness and/or nutritionPrevious experience working with clients with strong customer service orientationKnowledge of good health practicesKnowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client's needsGood organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsCompassionateAvailability to work in the afternoons to late eveningsCertifications whenever necessary1-2 years exp.
