***THIS IS A NIGHT-SHIFT POSITION.*** WEB PROJECT COORDINATOR OVERVIEW
The Web Project Coordinator is responsible for managing designated projects, coordinating tasks, and user acceptance testing.Your key responsibilities includes keeping the project within scope and budget, meeting scheduled deadlines, ensuring the quality of project work, internal stakeholder management, planning, client relationship management and collaborating effectively with the project team. You will be responsible for functional and technical testing of Murphy Consulting websites. This role requires expertise in solving issues involving software QA tools and technologies to address gaps and techniques used. The role takes care of being passionate, creative and collaborative in ensuring software testing gets done with a high degree of quality, are free of defects and effectively support software QA best practices.
Qualifications
With knowledge in programming (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Demonstrated ability to learn technical skillsets
Web and mobile development experience a significant plus
Demonstrated understanding of and ability to implement mobile-first and effective web usability principles
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where strategies or priorities can quickly shift as business needs warrant
Must be exceptionally organized, highly detail oriented and have strong project management and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to develop positive relationships, and to self-manage time and deliverables
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to maintain project histories, estimates, briefs, etc.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking and providing consistent and concise progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensuring that approved requirements are developed in sufficient scope and detail that will result in the delivery of a solution that meets customer needs as they perceive them
Defining project scope and giving clear instructions to design and development team
Use project management tools to help establish and maintain efficient workflows.
Assist in the development of timelines and communications documents
Manage workload, meet deadlines, track hours, and pay attention to project details
QA and quality control all deliverables
Execute necessary project management methodology to ensure project success
Ensure account needs are properly communicated to project teams
Receive and deliver client calls regarding the projects
