Join our dynamic team! Flood Control Asia RS Corporation, based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga is looking for a Web Designer. Incumbent must be a resident or willing to relocate to Clark, Pampanga.
A Web Designer is responsible for creating the layout and design of an entire website, web pages, landing pages, and mobile apps. Shall be working on a brand new website or updating an already existing site. Will be closely working with Web Developers and Programmers especially when designing the design interface. Must collaborate with the Marketing department in developing creative ideas and evaluating user experience.
Qualifications:
? Graduate of Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Multimedia, or related courses.
? At least 5 continuous years of intensive web designing experience.
? Has proven experience with Online Marketing, Landing Pages, and Lead Generation pages.
? Basic knowledge in Web Development, WordPress, HTML, SQL, CSS3, Javascript, SEO, and Google Analytics.
? Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
? Excellent visual design skills for landing pages and lead generation pages.
? Deep understanding of display requirements for all devices.
Tasks and Function:
Designing web pages and landing pages that are user-friendly, appealing, and converting visitors into leads.
Responsible for conceptualizing the original design, appearance, and user experience of websites from layout to function and according to the organization’s specifications.
Producing and presenting mock-up sites and web apps. Defining color swatches and styles.
Ensuring the website design, function, and stability across devices like desktop browsers, mobile, and tablets.
Working side-by-side with Web Developers and Programmers for proper integration of UX/UI designs.
Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
Closely coordinating with the Marketing team for any graphical and UX updates.
Coordinating with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into the website.
Providing internal support and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website.
Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Keeping up to date with recent web designs for online marketing trends and developments.
